Biography

Shradha holds a Master's in Psychology with a clinical specialization. Currently, she is working on a project titled Neurodevelopment and Autism in South Asia Treatment and Evidence (NAMASTE) as a Community Engagement and Inclusion (CEI) Officer and Research Associate. Her role involves adapting and developing community engagement toolkits focused on developmental milestones and delays. Her work also includes assisting in the supervision and training of Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs), assessing and evaluating caregivers' participation in interventions, examining parental well-being, and contributing to implementation science-informed research and practice. She has also worked as a consultant for the Autism Policy Directive of Nepal under the Ministry of Health and Population, where her role included reviewing existing national policies, identifying policy gaps, and contributing to drafting a comprehensive autism directive. She is also the recipient of the International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) LMIC Travel Award and is participating in the Annual INSAR Conference 2026.
