Jack Starmer, Director of HealthCare Nepal (HCN), has been a steadfast supporter of AutismCare Nepal Society for over 15 years. Through HCN’s all-volunteer organization, his dedication has helped ACNS grow from a small parent led group into a national resource providing essential education, vocational training and advocacy. His long-term commitment reflects a deep partnership that has strengthened autism services across Nepal, ensuring that children and families receive the care and support they need to thrive.
