Shusmita Deula

Shusmita Deula has professional experience as an Assistant Teacher at Aarambha Pre-Primary School, where she has also worked closely with students in the readiness class, supporting early childhood development and implements individualized interventions. In addition to her teaching experience, she has been actively associated with the Autism Care Nepal Society for the past four years. Through this involvement, she has contributed to supporting Children with Autism and promoting inclusive education practices. She is committed to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment and has demonstrated dedication to the developmental needs of young learners, particularly those requiring specialized care and attention.
