Biography

PT. Surendra Bajracharya is a Physiotherapist and Public Health professional with extensive experience in disability inclusion and neurodevelopmental services. He is a scholar of the Global Line Course – Special Course on Disability at Egmont Højskolen, Denmark, and an MPhil scholar at the Central Department of Public Administration. He has completed a Master Training of Trainers (MTOT) from the Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) and is also a Master Trainer for Training of Trainers in Parent and Child Training Programs. Currently, Mr. Bajracharya serves as the Director of AutismCare Nepal Society, where he has contributed over 13 years of dedicated service in the field of autism and more than 19 years of overall experience in the disability sector. In addition, he works as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Kirtipur Community Health Center. His professional experience spans a wide range of settings, including neurodevelopmental disability organizations, community-based rehabilitation programs, hospitals, and research institutions. He also holds leadership and academic roles as the District Autism Awareness Committee Chairperson of Lions Clubs International District 325 H, MD 325, Nepal, and serves as a Visiting Faculty Member at Kathmandu University School of Education under the Continuing and Professional Education (CPEC) program.
